The Half Note Jazz | Alberto Pibiri Trio

Alberto Pibiri is a New York-based Italian jazz pianist and composer with a background in classical music. He has collaborated with renowned jazz musicians in the New York jazz scene, and has performed in major New York jazz venues such as Smalls, Mezzrow, Blue Note, Dizzy’s Club and Carnegie Hall as a band leader and sideman.

While actively engaged in the jazz scene as a performer in the United States and abroad, Alberto earned a Master’s Degree in Jazz Performance from Queens College. His trio album Stardust, with Essiet O. Essiet on double bass and Joseph Farnsworth on drums, reached the Top 50 on the JazzWeek radio charts.
